Our Educational Assistance Program will reimburse employees for tuition expenses, up to a certain amount, that can be directly related to a career path at Aegis Living.
If the community exceeds its financial goal for the quarter, then a certain percentage is allocated back to the employees in recognition for delivering excellent service and care.
