Enjoy these notes written to our staff members from family and friends of residents. We call them WOW stories, because they are tales about Aegis Living team members who provided such a high level of service that it knocked the socks off appreciative residents – touching their hearts and ours.
I would like to thank you once again for the wonderful, loving care you gave my dad for the last six years. You took your time to learn how to handle him on his good days and some that were not so good.
I would also like to thank you for welcoming my family including our dog into the community. Aegis Lodge is one of her favorite stops. Grandpa had treats!
Dad needed more interaction with people and more activities to participate in during the day. That is what brought us to Aegis. His favorite things to do as you all know were ride the Aegis bus or sit outside in the hot sun. He loved to be out on the road.
I could not have gotten through the last six years without all of you. Thank all of you once again and keep up the good work that you are doing.
