In the last 12 months, several senior living operators, including Aegis Living, have appointed new leaders from a range of backgrounds both inside and outside the industry. These leadership changes could help shape how organizations such as Aegis Living approach growth, hospitality, resident experience, and operations in the years ahead.
Among the operators making leadership changes are Pacific Retirement Services, which named Dennis Gradillas as CEO, and Aegis Living, which hired Dirk Burghartz as president. Their backgrounds bring experience across senior living and hospitality, including roles with HumanGood, Platinum Hotels, Four Seasons, and Arcus Golf.
