The first-floor transformation
The lobby, the lounge, and the snack bar were re-imagined together so visitors and residents move through one connected hospitality space — softer light, layered textures, places to actually sit down and stay a while.
Dining deserves the best
The dining room reopened with a new layout, new finishes, and the same chef-driven seasonal menu rotation. Residents can choose from formal dinner service, all-day café items, or a quiet table for two.

A curated, rotating art collection — sourced regionally — lives across the lobby, hallways, and dining room. The pieces double as cueing landmarks for residents in memory care and as conversation starters for everyone else.

Apartments were updated with new finishes, new lighting, and adjustable beds. Residents bring their own art and furniture; we provide the canvas, plus an in-room emergency response system and AUGi fall management.
