Assisted Living is a long-term care solution for anyone who needs help and is no longer safe or healthy living independently. An assisted living community provides around-the-clock care by trained care staff in a home environment. The care managers assist residents with the activities of daily living (referred to often as ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, transferring, eating and medication management.
*The results of this questionnaire are not a professional care assessment or a physician’s diagnosis. You will be provided with more information about the best care option for your family member at Aegis Living. If your family member chooses to move to Aegis Living you will be required to complete the full assessment and provide physician’s documents which will offer more complete details of the best care option.
