April 7th Update
With the excitement of spring upon us, we are thrilled to see our communities abuzz with daily activities and our residents enjoying frequent visits from family and friends.
We have seen case counts remain extremely low across all 34 Aegis Living communities. Our focused efforts around community-wide vaccinations and boosters and continued rigorous infection prevention protocols have proven successful with no hospitalizations from COVID, even among our most vulnerable residents.
Our team follows the latest science and public health guidance closely and will consider any updates to our current protocols carefully. At this time, we continue to require masks in our communities and all visitors are screened according to state/local guidance.
We are beyond grateful to our wonderful team, residents, and their families and proud of our collective efforts to keep everyone in the Aegis family as healthy and safe as possible.
These updates are posted on an as-needed basis. Should you have specific questions, those may be directed to the community where you or your loved one reside or by completing our contact form. If you have any questions about COVID news and guidance, we encourage you to visit trusted sources like the CDC website.

February 18th Update
We are happy to share that life is back to normal in almost all of our communities, following the Omicron surge experienced across the country. Our communities are bustling with activity and this week our team pulled out all the stops on special Valentine’s feasts and parties for residents to enjoy with their friends. Our communities are bustling with activity and today our teams are pulling out all the stops on special Valentine’s feasts and parties for residents to enjoy with their friends.
Thanks to boosters and the rigorous infection prevention protocols we have had in place, this wave of cases caused no hospitalizations, even among the most vulnerable in our care. Across the company we are down to a very small number of positive cases—all manifesting with mild or no symptoms—and look forward to dropping to zero. In the meantime, we will continue to stay vigilant and close to the latest news and science. Until further notice, all visitors to Aegis communities are still required to be vaccinated, boosted, and have a negative COVID test.
We are grateful to our team, residents, and guests for doing all they can to keep our communities safe.
