Let us introduce you to Aegis Living’s world class chefs as they demonstrate how the delicious seasonal cuisine our residents enjoy is fresh, nutritious and locally grown.

Justin Sledge is the National Director of Culinary for Aegis Living.

“Hi, everybody. Welcome to the Taste of Aegis. The inspiration for the Taste of Aegis is apples. I’m gonna cut up a few here.

What we try to do at Aegis Living is source the best, local products that we can find.

I’m gonna dip the apples in sugar. We know that if we’re providing them with healthy food in a beautiful environment, we are getting them to interact with each other.  Now I’ll put them right into the butter. Get them nice and hot.

It’s so important to know where our products come from because our residents deserve the best. That’s our passion at Aegis Living.

Dinnertime, and any meal is always about community.

You can never have too many candied pecans.
