Gratitude

I want to tell you all how grateful my family is at your powerful, kind and professional approach during this time of Covid 19 crisis. My aunt lives in Aegis of Aptos in Lifes Neighborhood . I have been able to Skype with her weekly and visit with her outside on both sides of the gate. I am beyond words for how happy we are that she is safe looks, sounds and is healthy and happy. Thank you from… the bottom of our hearts. The staff are always going out of their way to support my aunt in connecting with me. I know the contact is very important to my her and for us. Thank you and you should be very proud.

I can’t thanks you all enough for your continuing care of my mom, Wilma. During the ongoing quarantine you’ve kept up her spirits and kept her occupied with fun activities. And those mini manicures really perk her up. I miss my Mom so much, miss hugging and kissing her, miss playing cards and Rummykub with her, miss our shopping and dining excursions. Thank you for taking my place. You are all family! Hugs to you from me!

We wanted to extend our sincere gratitude to Sam and all those at Aegis Ventura. They have been incredible in caring for two of our parents who reside there. Amazing effort by the whole staff to keep our parents safe during this ongoing pandemic. We miss having personal contact with our loved ones but they have done a great job of sending pictures, setting up FaceTime, distancing visits and keeping us informed on status of the facility. Thank you… all so much for your efforts!

How do I appreciate you, let me count the ways……xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo. You help me sleep at night knowing my mom is safe and happy. Special shout out to the Life Enrichment staff and all of the nurses and aides who help my mom throughout the day!

So grateful to the Aegis team for their consistent caring, compassion, communication and commitment to quality and the ongoing health of our resident community.
