Thank-you to Ric and the team for taking such good care of our loved ones! My mom and I really enjoy our visits in your new outdoor area with the glass divider, and the zoom calls. Thank-you for taking the extra safety precautions!

To the management and staff at Aegis Dana Point: It’s a little hard to adequately put into words what your hard work and devotion to our mother during these tough times (and prior to covid-19 times) has meant to all of her family. We have peace of mind and we can sleep at night, and this has helped us deal with our own individual challenges in living everyday life these days. But it’s more than that – … that all residents have benefited from your incredible efforts to provide engagement, affection, care and feeding, and protection from illness while they have been quarantined in their rooms is just spectacular. And now, we’ve been able to experience the new outdoor visiting enclosure, which has been an uplifting experience. You all deserve the highest praise, and we hope your own health continues to be good.

I want to thank the incredible staff at Aegis Living in Ventura, California — Mary Sawyer, Danielle Ecsedy, Cecilia Lopez, and Sam El Rabaa — for assisting my family move my mother back to Aegis after spending a few weeks at a convalescent facility after a fall. The situation was complicated and sudden, and the entire team jumped in wholeheartedly with excellent action and communication to make it all happen. And during these complicated times, things are not so easy.… Every step of the way they expressed their genuine care and concern for my mother and for our family, and have kept up immediate and clear communication with us. We are immensely grateful to have such a wonderful team, plus all the rest of the very caring staff at Aegis Ventura, taking care of our mother. Thank you.

Thank you all for being both so friendly and professional in your interactions with my Mom, Hazel Boyd. She seems very happy when I see her for our weekly visits and I’m sure that is due mostly to your care and companionship. I’m very glad that almost four years ago we chose Aegis.
