We appreciate the kindness and support during Mandy’s transition and throughout her residency at your facility. I know that I was somewhat dubious when selecting a facility for long term care. But those fears completely disappeared after the first few weeks at Aegis. Your facility quickly took Mandy under your care and made sure that she had everything she needed and made sure to recommend some changes in her room for her convenience. The facility and staff are first rate… and I would highly recommend Aegis in West Seattle for long term care.

We have NEVER regretted moving Smokey to Aegis. You all are so caring and loving and treat each resident with dignity – as a real person. Thank YOU ALL! During this difficult time, your fearless leader, Lance, has led the team with courage and leadership. You all have done and do SO MUCH for Smokey to make him feel less lonely (special shout out to Lisa!). I wish to thank each one of you because… every part makes up the whole, and his experience has been more than tolerable. Thanks again!

I am very thankful for the outstanding staff at Aegis on Madison. There are many assisted living choices that have the feel of a “facility,” and the friendly, positive employees at Madison consistently provide a safe feeling of “home.” My final criterion for selecting Aegis on Madison for my sister was simple; I asked myself if I would live there. After meeting the supportive and welcoming staff, there was no doubt in my mind that Aegis would be my sister’s… new Seattle home. I live in Maine and have never doubted that my sister was in the best of hands. The current pandemic is an example of how Aegis values the well-being of their staff and residents. The employees do an amazing job and every contact I have had has gone above expectations. Thank you so much! Your smiles and commitment make a difference to every resident, family member, and co-worker. You are a GREAT TEAM and I appreciate you and all you do! Stay safe.
