Aegis Gardens Newcastle presents “Hearing Loss & Cognitive Decline” with Audiologist and CDP Dr. Tom Littman, Ph.D. on Wednesday, November 13th from 4-5 pm.

Growing research shows that untreated hearing loss is the #1 modifiable risk factor for cognitive decline. Dr. Littman will offer strategies to mitigate the progression of this disorder. This in-person event will feature Dr. Littman presenting information and answering questions.

Dr. Tom Littman, Ph.D.

Audiologist, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Owner of Factoria Hearing Center

Dr. Littman is a licensed audiologist who earned a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University and a post-doctoral fellowship at Northwestern University. With over four decades of clinical expertise, Dr. Littman offers counseling, education and strategies to mitigate the decline in patients and provides support to their families. He also provides diagnostic rehabilitation services, along with hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming. Dr. Littman is committed to following current scientific developments to ensure that his patients receive optimal evidence-based care.
