February 26th Update

All Communities Have Completed Their Second Vaccine Clinics!

We are ecstatic to announce that we have completed second vaccine clinics at ALL 32 of our communities! Our amazing team members have been working around the clock to make sure these clinics were scheduled quickly and executed with ease. As of this week, over 95% of our residents and over 85% of our team members have received their first shot, an incredible milestone and we believe this number will continue to grow. As more and more people in our communities are vaccinated, there is a feeling of joy and optimism among our staff and residents. Check out this short video highlighting vaccine clinic celebrations and the joy our residents and team members are experiencing.

We are continuing to follow our infection control and safety practices until we are certain it is safe for us to begin adopting new practices and protocols. If you have questions, we encourage you to review our Frequently Asked Questions and visit trusted sources like the CDC website for more in-depth medical information.

Where We Stand Today

This week, we are managing just one case amid our 2,200 residents across the west coast, and two among our 2,500 staff members. We are enthusiastic about the low case number and intend to continue to bring those cases down to zero. During this time, we are remaining diligent and vigilant with our infection control and safety practices, including mask-wearing and social distancing. We are also ensuring that our visitor policies strictly follow the CDC and state safety guidelines to ensure our residents, their families, and our staff are healthy and safe at all times.

For details about a specific community, please reach out to that community’s General Manager or email questions@aegisliving.com. As always, we are communicating regularly with updates via email and phone to our residents, their families and the staff.
