Accepting New Residents
We know that despite these times, your loved ones may be in need of additional support. We offer years of experience and a commitment to excellence in protecting and fulfilling the lives of our residents.
Health & Wellbeing
Rest assured that we have taken thoughtful precautions in our community to make your loved one safe by implementing protocols that meet or exceed CDC guidelines. We are protecting our residents with heightened sanitation practices, using masks, maintaining social distancing, and monitoring temperatures and oxygen levels daily. In addition, we keep our residents engaged with daily walks, enriching activities, and nutritional meals to keep them strong and mentally sharp.
With the stay-at-home orders in place, we have developed virtual tools to provide your family with a tour of our community. We will walk through the features of the community and tour an apartment together.
To move your loved one into a community, we have developed virtual means to help guide you through the entire process step-by-step. We will assess your family member through a video chat with our nurse and appropriate care givers to determine their care needs and talk about our services. We can also help you locate a moving company and take that burden off your hands. Because of the fluid nature of the coronavirus situation, there are special guidelines to follow for new residents to keep them and others protected, which we will review prior to moving in.
