East on ENCINAL AVE. Bear LEFT on CENTRAL AVE. Take a right on 8th ST and travel .3 miles. 8th ST turns into CONSTITUTION WAY. From the intersection of CONSTITUTION WAY @ LINCOLN travel .6 miles. STAY RIGHT toward MARINER SQ. DR and continue to the Estuary. Cardinal Point is located on the left at the end of MARINER SQUARE DRIVE. Enter Cardinal Point from the water side.

From San Francisco:
From east side of Bay Bridge stay in RIGHT lane and travel 4 miles. Merge onto 1-880 S and travel 2.8 miles. Exit BROADWAY/ALAMEDA - at the bottom of ramp turn RIGHT onto 5th ST. Continue on 5th ST (1 mile). After Broadway turn SLIGHT LEFT toward ALAMEDA. This takes you into WEBSTER ST TUBE. Stay LEFT after you exit the tube.  Turn LEFT at the first stop light (MARINA VILLAGE PARKWAY/CONSTITUTION WAY).  You travel on MARINA VILLAGE PARKWAY.  The MARINA VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER is on your left.  Continuing straight through one stop light at CHALLENGER DRIVE, you will travel a total of .7 miles to the first 4 way stop sign intersection at MARINER SQUARE DRIVE.  Turn RIGHT on MARINER SQ. DR. Travel approximately 500 feet to the estuary. Cardinal Point is on your left. Enter Cardinal Point from the water side.

From I-880 (South of Oakland)
Travel I-880 North. Exit BROADWAY - at the bottom of ramp turn LEFT on BROADWAY toward JACK LONDON SQUARE. Stay in FAR LEFT LANE. Take SHARP LEFT on 5th ST. This takes you into WEBSTER ST TUBE. Stay LEFT after you exit the tube. Turn LEFT at the first stop light (MARINA VILLAGE PARKWAY/CONSTITUTION WAY).  You travel on MARINA VILLAGE PARKWAY.  The MARINA VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER is on your left.  Continuing straight through one stop light at CHALLENGER DRIVE, you will travel a total of .7 miles to the first 4 way stop sign intersection at MARINER SQUARE DRIVE.  Turn RIGHT on MARINER SQ. 80 to 880 (center lanes to Oakland Airport/Alameda). Exit BROADWAY/ALAMEDA - at the bottom of ramp turn RIGHT onto 5th ST. Continue on 5th ST (1 mile). After Broadway (6th light) turn SLIGHT LEFT toward ALAMEDA. This takes you into WEBSTER TUBE. Stay LEFT after you exit the tube. Turn LEFT at the first stop light (MARINA VILLAGE PARKWAY/CONSTITUTION WAY).  You travel on MARINA VILLAGE PARKWAY.  The MARINA VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER is on your left.  Continuing straight through one stop light at CHALLENGER DRIVE, you will travel a total of .7 miles to the first 4 way stop sign intersection at MARINER SQUARE DRIVE.  Turn RIGHT on MARINER SQ. Cardinal Point at Mariner Continuing Care Retirement Community is located across on the Estuary across from Jack London Square and adjacent to the Pasta Pelican Restaurant and the Commodore Charter Yachts. You will see their directional signs as you get close to our building.
