Getting to know our team:

Angelia Brigance, Executive Director (Angelia.Brigance@AegisLiving.com)

Angelia oversees all department managers and determines final decisions on the operations of the Aegis of Redmond.

Christina Akers, Business Office Manager (Christina.Akers@AegisLiving.com)

And Paula Paul, Assistant Business Office Manager (Paula.Paul@AegisLiving.com)

Christina and Paula are responsible for accounting and human resources.

Deberra Mayfield, Health Services Director (Deberra.Mayfield@AegisLiving.com)   

Megan Gutierrez, Wellness Nurse, LPN (Megan.Gutierrez@AegisLiving.com)

Shandel Fenner, Wellness Nurse, LPN (Shandel.Fenner@AegisLiving.com)

Deberra, RN, manages all medical needs and actions in our community.  She conducts regular assessments of residents, integrating care needs with Stefanie to initiate care plans.  Additionally, Deberra manages our Medication Care Managers and directs our Wellness Nurses, Megan and Shandel.

Stefanie Stotts, Resident Services Director (Stefanie.Stotts@AegisLiving.com)

Stefanie leads our Care Managers to ensure that the highest level of care is provided for our residents.  She creates staffing schedules, directs training and works closely in the hiring process.

Susie Sather, Activities Director (Susie.Sather@AegisLiving.com)

Susie plans and implements the activities schedule, focusing on those that engage our residents on many levels - whether seated exercise, crafts, conversations during happy hour, or field trips to area attractions.  Susie also mentors area Activities Directors.

Kim Trulson, Culinary Service Director (Kim.Trulson@AegisLiving.com)

Kim directs all meal and snack preparation, designing daily and seasonal menus, as well as managing all culinary staff. Additionally, Kim is a key leader in all dining special events, as well as a regional mentor.

Arash Daeila, Maintenance Director (Arash.Daeila@AegisLiving.com)

Arash manages the physical plant of our community, from improvements, to repairs, to overseeing landscaping and housekeeping.

Brenda Gurung, Marketing Director (Brenda.Gurung@AegisLiving.com)

Brenda assists families with the process of moving in. She is the outreach face of Aegis of Redmond and hosts events to showcase our community.
