Thank you so much! Your leadership and your entire team are doing an amazing job during this difficult time. I really appreciate being kept in the know so I can share the updates with other family members. The news should really know about the tremendous steps you are taking to care for residents and keep families in the loop.

Dear Staff at Aegis, No words can express the gratitude we all feel toward every worker at Aegis. So many weeks of this virus has to be hugely stressful on all of you. After seeing the tragic news regarding Senior Homes across the country—I feel like without your early intervention we would be having a similar ending.  I have always felt that each and every member of the staff at Aegis is generous, giving, dedicated, intelligent, and clean! So many… other positive words apply to them as well. I would love to name all of you angels by your names. To the Entire & Thoroughly Amazing Staff of Aegis,  And I do mean every single person who works at Aegis of Granada Hills. My husband Michael and I picked Aegis in 2015 for my mother Virginia. In all of the years that she lived there under your care, we were constantly reminded that we had made the absolute right decision and we were always grateful and surprised by how far your compassion, thoughtfulness, dedication, patience, passion and loving care extended. You… all are truly Angels on Earth and very gifted Heroes. I will always be indebted to you for that, and for giving my mother so much love and attention in her final months, especially when I could not be there.
