Our Company

Aegis Living, is a private, family-owned company founded in 1997 by Chairman and CEO Dwayne Clark, and has rapidly grown to become a leader in the senior living industry. Aegis Living's success has been exceptional, as the company has expanded in only a few years to include 32 communities in Washington, California and Nevada.

Our home office is located in Redmond, Washington and employs over 30 individuals. We know our employees are the foundation of our company and we strongly believe in supporting their health and well-being. Our home office exemplifies this; we provide an on-site gym and fitness trainer to all our employees, an outdoor picnic area and reflexology path, and provide healthy snacks in our cafe. We believe if our employees are healthy and satisfied they will provide an exceptional work ethic that will in turn benefit our continued success.
