Be Part of the Fun
At Aegis of Kent, we provide a secure environment with gently structured activities to establish a daily routine and encourage socialization, both of which are so important for the health and well-being of those suffering from dementia. Our various mental, physical and social routines encourage camaraderie and confidence.
We are careful to cater our activities to the interests and abilities of our residents, and offer them a variety of social activities and challenges to enhance their alertness and focus. Whether they take part in exercise, high tea, art and crafts, storytelling, baking or gardening, there are plenty of activities to keep them interested.
Life Enrichment just got richer!
We believe that each day can hold joy, no matter what the cognitive level of our resident. Here are some activities that are fun, meaningful, or just make us tap our toes. Contact the Life Enrichment Director for a look at a day, week or month of new activities at Aegis.
