Enjoy these notes written to our staff members from family and friends of residents. We call them WOW stories, because they are tales about Aegis Living team members who provided such a high level of service that it knocked the socks off appreciative residents – touching their hearts and ours.
I was extremely impressed with Michelle from the moment she greeted me and . . . that with a hug! The hug instantly made me feel relaxed, and I could picture my aunt being comfortable there.
The tour was interesting, clean, pleasant indoor air and thorough as I watched her and the staff interact with the residents on a one to one personal basis. Many of them were smiling and interacting in conversation with her as we passed.
I was made to feel welcomed and was at ease from the moment I arrived after the hug until she escorted me out of the community.
I was impressed with the staff, the size of the community, and the floor plan, including the gardens. My aunt loves being outdoors and the patios and gardens are lovely. Michelle told me the meals are prepared by chefs and are made only with fresh foods, not frozen. So, maybe I’ll have a chance to have a meal with her there before I go so I’ll know what their meals are like.
I strongly feel Aunt Bess will like it there. Thank you very much! Yvette
