Wooded neighborhood. Our stylish, NW contemporary community is a few blocks from the expansive Marymoor Park in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Social setting. There are many rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces in the community for residents to socialize over a cup of coffee or find a blend of loose-leaf teas in the tea room.
Nightcap Lounge. The top-level lounge is the perfect place to sip a martini, celebrate a special occasion, or enjoy music from the vintage jukebox with friends and neighbors.
Sports den. A cozy den to hang out with a cold beer, play a game of pool, or watch the big game on one of several wide-screen televisions. You can even get a haircut and shave in our adjacent barbershop.
Memory care. Our nationally recognized Life’s Neighborhood™ program for our memory care residents re-creates the feeling of yesteryear with visual cues and music to stimulate memories. Take a trip back in time as you step into our vintage campsite– complete with an Airstream trailer and the makings for s’mores!

Enjoy these notes written to our staff members from family and friends of residents. We call them WOW stories, because they are tales about Aegis Living team members who provided such a high level of service that it knocked the socks off appreciative residents – touching their hearts and ours.
I just wanted to thank all of you for a wonderful day yesterday! I am in awe of you for your organization of yesterday’s expedition to the ball game. A very complicated undertaking and all of you handled it with compassion, caring, competence and a great sense of fun, to boot!
I cannot begin to tell you how much it meant to my mom to be there and to experience everything, from the game itself, to the fun food, the people watching, the view, and the camaraderie. It brought tears to my eyes to see her struggle up from her seat to sing “The Star Spangled Banner” and later, “Take Me Out To The Ballgame.”
When I asked her if she was having a good time, she became very emotional and said, “I am so, so glad I came!” Thank-you, Chris for encouraging her to go. And thank you for inviting me along. You all made a very special memory for both of us. My family is blessed to be a part of the Aegis at Marymoor community.
You guys are the best!
